Ppneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valve produced adopts PTFE - lined butterfly plate with spherical sealing surface. the valve is light in operation, tight in sealing performance and long in service life. Can be used for quickly cutting off or adjusting the flow rate. PTFE - lined pneumatic butterfly valves are suitable for occasions requiring reliable sealing and good adjusting characteristics. The valve body adopts a split type, and the sealing at the two ends of the valve shaft is controlled by adding fluorine rubber to the rotating base surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat; Ensure that the valve shaft is not in contact with the fluid medium in the cavity. Pneumatic fluorine-lined butterfly valves are widely used for the transportation of liquids and gases ( including steam ) in various types of industrial pipelines. they are used in occasions where there are serious corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media.

Fluorine plastic lined butterfly valves fully lined with PTFE( F4 ), PTFE ( F3 ) and PTFE( f46 ) have the advantages of corrosion resistance, no leakage and long service life. PTFE - lined pneumatic butterfly valves are suitable for concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, various organic acids, strong acids, oxidizing media or high temperature ethylenic sulfuric acid, high temperature concentrated acetic acid, acid-base alternation, various organic solvents and other strongly corrosive media.
