Product Overview

The diaphragm valve is a special type of valve with a shut-off function. The opening and closing member is made of a steel disc and a soft material (composite rubber and fluoroplastic).

The diaphragm is composed of a diaphragm and separates the internal cavity of the valve to achieve the purpose of intercepting the medium in the tube.

Basic structure

1. The composite diaphragm separates the lower chamber of the valve body from the inner cavity of the bonnet and forms a DC channel with it, so that the valve stem, valve disc and other internal parts of the diaphragm are completely separated from the medium.

Isolation eliminates the packing seal structure, and the internal leakage and leakage of the medium can be avoided at the same time.

2. The diaphragm as the actuator is subject to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing. It should be replaced periodically according to working conditions and medium characteristics.
