1, the manual part can use steel plate handle or stainless steel handle. The handle is provided with a limit structure, and a limit is set at the position where the valve is opened or closed. When the valve is used on a key device, a lock hole is provided on the limit block to lock the position of the switch to avoid misoperation. There is a clear opening and closing mark on the handle.

2. The valve stem is monolithically forged and modulated by A182F (1Cr13) and its hardness reaches HB220-250. The valve stem is connected with the handle through a flat key or a spline or a cross-cut, which has strong versatility and convenient disassembly and assembly. The valve stem is provided with a blowout prevention structure.

3. The packing of the valve is made of braided, flexible graphite seal ring or tetrafluoroethylene seal ring, which makes the valve stem achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.

4. According to the needs, the ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure. A conductive spring is arranged between the ball body and the valve stem, the valve stem and the valve body to avoid ignition of the flammable substance by static electricity and to ensure the safety of the system.

5, seals and vice versa. According to different working conditions, soft seals, hard seals, fireproof valve seats and other structures can be used; DN150 below is in the form of a float ball, and DN200 or less is a fixed ball.

6. Auxiliary sealing structure can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve. A grease injection valve can be installed at the valve seat and the valve stem. It can be temporarily sealed in case of emergency, and the valve stem can be extended to meet the needs of laying.
