Pneumatic sleeve control valve product description
The ZJHM pneumatic sleeve control valve produced by Anshan AEN.TECH adopts a double seal structure, which consists of a multi-spring pneumatic film actuator and a small flow restrictor fine sleeve valve body, which is also known as the pneumatic diaphragm sleeve valve. Multi-spring actuators are low height, light weight and easy to equip. Fine small body flow channel is S-line type, pneumatic sleeve control valve has a compact structure, light weight, sensitive, low pressure drop, valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, easy maintenance, etc., can be used for harsh working conditions. Pneumatic diaphragm sleeve control valve is especially suitable for occasions with low leakage requirements and large differential pressure between the front and rear of the valve. The main features of the pneumatic sleeve valve are as follows:
(1) Balanced double-sealed valve core allows unequal pressure to allow large differential pressure and stable operation.
(2) Large valve guide surface can improve the oscillation caused by eddy currents and shocks.
(3) The noise is reduced by about 10dB compared with ordinary single- and double-seat control valves.
(4) Simple structure, easy installation and maintenance.
