Pneumatic Membrane Angle Control Valve adopts a top guide structure and is composed of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and an angle valve body. Pneumatic angle control valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, streamlined fluid passage, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy disassembly and assembly. Pneumatic membrane angle control valve is equipped with electro-pneumatic valve positioning or pneumatic valve positioner, which can realize automatic adjustment and control of fluid medium in process pipeline. Pneumatic high-pressure angle type control valve has the advantages of small size, light weight, top-guide structure of the valve core, simple flow path, low resistance and easy flushing. Pneumatic angle control valves are widely used to accurately control gases, liquids and other media. Process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level are maintained at given values. Pneumatic angle high pressure control valve is especially suitable for the small leakage of small valve before the valve allows high pressure, low pressure, high viscosity, containing suspended solids and particulate matter adjustment, to avoid coking, clogging, easy self-cleaning and cleaning occasions.
