Pneumatic three-way ball valve
A three-channel rotary ball valve, which is used for medium diversion, confluence and flow direction switching. any pipe can be used as an inlet or an outlet. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are divided into pneumatic three-way l - type ball valves and pneumatic three-way t - type ball valves, which can meet different operating process requirements. The pneumatic three-way l - shaped ball valve cuts off two of the three pipelines, and the pneumatic three-way t - shaped ball valve realizes the merging and shunting of the three communicating pipelines. The pneumatic three-way ball valve is matched with the electric valve positioner, and the operation can be controlled by inputting 4 - 20m ADC signals and 0.4 - 0.7 MPa air source, so as to realize the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level. It is also equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4 - 0.7 MPa air source to realize switch operation and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. Pneumatic three-way ball valves are widely used in chemical, petroleum, textile, electric power, food and pharmacy, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, paper and other industrial fields.
Product features of pneumatic three-way ball valve
(1) the fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the pipe section of the same length.
(2) simple structure, small volume and light weight.
(3) it is tight and reliable. at present, the sealing surface materials of ball valves are widely used in plastics and have good sealing performance. it has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
(4) convenient operation, quick opening and closing, only 90 degrees rotation from full opening to full closing, and convenient remote control.
(5) it is convenient to maintain, the ball valve is simple in structure, the sealing ring is usually movable, and it is convenient to disassemble and replace.
(6) when fully opened or closed, the sealing surface of the ball and valve seat is isolated from the medium, and when the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the pneumatic three-way ball valve.
(7) the scope of application is wide, ranging from small to several millimeters and from large to several meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.

Control mode of pneumatic three-way ball valve
Pneumatic three-way ball valves are divided into l - type and t - type, and the flow direction of medium is shown in the following figure. The pneumatic three-way l - shaped ball valve is suitable for switching the flow direction of the medium and can make two mutually perpendicular passages communicate. the pneumatic three-way t - shaped ball valve is suitable for shunting, merging or switching the flow direction of the medium. the t - shaped hole can make the three passages communicate with each other or two of them. the pneumatic three-way ball valve generally adopts a three-seat structure and can also adopt a four-seat structure according to the requirements of users.
