Pneumatic high pressure control valve product description
ZJHP/M-GY pneumatic high pressure control valve is a special valve designed for high pressure systems. It is used in conjunction with pneumatic (with electric-pneumatic converter) regulation instruments and is used for automatic adjustment and remote control of business processes in the chemical, petroleum, and power industries. Pneumatic high pressure control valve consists of two parts: pneumatic diaphragm actuator and high pressure regulator valve. Pneumatic high-pressure control valve structure type is straight single-cage type, spool is plunger shape, used for high pressure differential valve core, the head is infiltrated or embedded with carbide, to resist the high pressure difference in the case of flushing and gas Eclipse, increase service life. Due to the high pressure difference, the media has a greater imbalance force on the valve core, and the actuator with a higher degree of rigidity has been used in the design, and valve positioners are generally used. The action of the pneumatic high-pressure cage regulator stems from the thrust generated by the signal pressure on the membrane, which causes the push rod to push the valve core to move accordingly, which not only regulates the stroke of the valve. Changes in the stroke change the flow area of the valve to adjust process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and liquid level.
