Overview of pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve products
The pneumatic soft seal butterfly valve manufactured by tech consists of angle stroke piston pneumatic actuators, rubber seal butterfly valve, carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and valve stem. Pneumatic soft seal butterfly valves are used as regulating flow and intercepting medium in water supply and drainage and gas pipelines with temperature less than or equal to 120 ℃ such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, light textile, paper making, etc. The main characteristics of pneumatic soft seal butterfly valve are:
( 1 ) the design is novel, reasonable, unique in structure, light in weight, and quick in opening and closing.
( 2 ) the operating torque is small, the operation is convenient, labor-saving and dexterous.
( 3 ) it can be installed at any location and is convenient to maintain.
( 4 ) the seal can be replaced, and the sealing performance can reliably reach zero leakage of the bidirectional seal.
( 5 ) the sealing material has the characteristics of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life and the like.

It adopts a new type of pneumatic actuators, with double-acting and single-acting ( spring return ), rack and pinion drive, safe and reliable. Large diameter valves adopt series aw type pneumatic actuators fork-pull transmission, with reasonable structure, large output force, double-acting type and single-acting type.
