Product overview of electric explosion-proof ball valve
RJQ electric explosion-proof ball valve with angle stroke explosion proof electric actuator and ball valve ball is composed of electronic angle stroke electric actuator 3610R or HQ series and ball valve regulator. Electric explosion-proof ball valve has the characteristics of simple structure, quick switching, large circulation capacity, zero leakage and so on. It is suitable for high viscosity, fiber and solid particle fluid situations. The electric explosion-proof ball valve is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, etc. Industrial automatic control field such as light industry to cut off or circulate the medium in the pipeline of gas and liquid. The actuator adopts the integrated design, the input 220V power supply can directly carry on the switch quantity adjustment, may also build in the servo module, the input control signal (4o 20mADC or 1U 5VDC) and the single-phase power supply can control the operation. Electric explosion-proof ball valve explosion-proof grade is Exd Ⅱ BT4, protection grade is IP67, can take field control device. The main features of electric explosion-proof ball valve are: when the power is not on, the clutch handle can be operated manually. When electrified, the clutch is reset automatically. It can be used in high-pressure and large-caliber applications to control high viscosity and medium with fiber and fine particles.
